We are seeking an experienced Dental Clinic Coordinator / receptionist with a passion for customer service to join our growing Dental practice at Dental Care Centre in Fairfield.

This role will suit someone who loves interacting with people, who is well presented and who has a warm and bubbly personality.
- Required skills and experience:_
- At least 2 years’ work experience as a dental receptionist /Dental assistant
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Strong computer skills, with experience in D4W.
- Strong customer focus and quality service orientation.
- Maintain patient accounts and records.
- HICAPS operation.
- Assist patients in filling out required medical history forms.
- Confirming appointments with patients.
- Discussing payment options with patients.
- Can speak English, Arabic and Assyrian.

**Salary**: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
