Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is one of the powerful tools you can use in the market today. It offers hundreds of features that can help our Clients execute on every possible piece of communication.

But like everything in digital marketing, it’s complex.

We know in digital marketing, the lines can blur on some jobs and their job descriptions, so to help clarify things for you, here’s some more information on what this job isand what it isn’t.

**What We Need.**:

- Able to align your work processes to fit in with our Agency operations & Client meeting schedules
- Able to use Journey Builder extremely well.
- Have experience in helping clients to set up complex journeys in SFMC
- Able to create audience segmentation and data studio integration

Importantly, we want you to become an extended arm of our team here at Remap Online. Someone who can build intricate Salesforce journeys, and help deliver smooth campaign management for our clients.

**What We Don’t Need.**:
A Salesforce Developer per se or someone whose main expertise is in code - instead this role is centred around design, deployment, setting up journeys, and campaign optimization.
