An amazing opportunity is available for a talented and motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join the IT team based in Warwick Farm to provide structure, guidance and become a vital key member in the Daikin team.

**Our Opportunity**
- Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.
- Understand, document/capture technical requirements to be used in solution design, implementation and testing technical solutions (e.g., writing user stories, acceptance criteria, evaluating third-party add-ons, conducting research, and recommending changes in product, process and service improvement in development and configuration in support of development efforts).
- Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues.
- Optimize internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements.
- Assist the technical development and solutioning of the Marketing Cloud platform across significant projects and internal products aligned to global technical platform best practices
- Lead the delivery of technical activities related to Marketing Cloud implementations and integrations to Marketing Cloud using DAIKIN-adopted tools.
- Execute BAU marketing automation activities as directed by Marketing colleagues (where required) and implement ongoing enhancements to multi-channel personalisation capabilities
- Continuously drive and maintain data quality by implementing clean-up procedures, including data migrations and mass data uploads, ensuring data quality.
- Help drive end-user adoption of Marketing Cloud through documentation, support, and training of new and current employees, including documenting and communicating new functionality made available through releases.
- Demonstrate all features of SF MC (i.e. content builder, journey builder, etc.) upon request.

**The Right Person**

To be considered for this amazing role; you must acquire the following:

- 5+ years of experience working with Marketing Cloud platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (desirable)
- Technical certification in a related field
- Extensive knowledge of database marketing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to provide quick solutions and recommendations
