**Our Next Team Member**:
Currently we have an exciting leadership opportunity for a Service Manager who will be responsible for planning and managing operations for Regional WA, as well as Inspiring and leading a team of Rehabilitation Consultants to ensure the people we work with are regaining their health and achieving their return to work goals.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant who has a strong understanding of Occupational Rehab and is passionate about finding strategic solutions to ensure our service delivery requirements are met, to support the team to support the people we work with.

**As a Service Manager - Regional WA your day will comprise of**:

- Travel to Regional WA as required (approximately fortnightly travel)
- Inspiring, Coaching and leading your team to ensure services are conducted within the WorkFocus Australia Delivery Model for all cases
- Develop and implement strategies with team members to progress files to achieve return to work within budget and timeframes
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve return to work benchmarks across held portfolios
- With the State Manager, analyse and understand closed and open case performance projections monthly
- Engage and lead direct reports to deliver their individual Service Delivery KPIs as well as achieve team target.
- Oversee Recruitment and Selection of new team members
- Oversee performance evaluation processes with team members and to develop strategies and support for under performance
- Undertake case management activities

**What you will bring to the team**:

- You will be an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant with a strong understanding of Occupational Rehabilitation
- You will be a registered Allied Health professional within Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiotherapy, Physiotherapy, Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor.
- The ability to develop and implement strategies to ensure a high delivery of service and to meet business outcomes
- Inspirational leadership style to support your team to be their best
- Have a current drivers licence and your own vehicle
- Passion for helping people to regain their health and to return to work
