- $67,360.85 - $72,136.05 pro rata plus 11% Super

Two exciting opportunities exist to join Council as Customer Service Officers within a highly valued Customer Service Team providing service to our community in a variety of ways including, face to face, over the phone and via our live chat and written channels.
The roles consist of a seven-day fortnight composed of four set days one week and three set days the next week (alternating).

Role One:
Week One: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
Week Two: Weds, Thurs, Fri

Role Two:
Week One: Weds, Thurs, Fri
Week Two: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri

**About the Role**

In this role you will:

- Be the first point of contact for Councils in person, phone and live chat enquiries.
- Have the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people in a professional and courteous manner.
- Be able to adopt a collaborative and flexible approach to problem solving and information sharing.
- Be a strong team player with a can-do approach.

- Someone with a background in customer service
- With strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding personal organisation and time management skills.
- Someone who thrives in a team environment and is also confident working autonomously
