**About the role**

An opportunity exists for a **Change Manager** in the NSWPF Technology Command to deliver strategic projects including Integrated Biometrics Platform, cloud strategy, and operating model. The Change Manager will be responsible for developing and delivery change management plans across the organisation.

**Target Question 1**:
Referencing a specific example, please demonstrate your experience in developing and implementing change management plans relating to a large scale or organisation wide project.

**Target Question 2**:
Please give an example of a time where you were accountable for a complex change process with tight timeframes. How did you ensure all deliverables that needed to be met were identified and delivered by all stakeholders within the required timeframe? How did you identify potential blockers and what strategies did you use to mitigate such risks.
