**About the role**

An opportunity exists for a **Change Manager** in the NSWPF Technology Command to deliver strategic projects including Integrated Biometrics Platform, cloud strategy, and operating model. The Change Manager will be responsible for developing and delivery change management plans across the organisation.

How did you ensure all deliverables that needed to be met were identified and delivered by all stakeholders within the required timeframe? How did you identify potential blockers and what strategies did you use to mitigate such risks.
