**About the Role**

The role is responsible for planning and executing clear, timely and effective change communications to facilitate transition and implementation programs and resulting changes within the department necessary to help achieve integration, training and desired business readiness outcomes.

Key accountabilities include:

- Deliver specific change communication packages to manage the needs of a portfolio of stakeholder organisations
- Support the Change Communication Lead with the coordination and delivery of internal communication and the execution of the staff survey program
- Take communications messaging and direction from management, Customer Experience Division and Public Affairs Manager
- Ensure key messages and approaches are reflected in change communications programs
- Maintain close relationship with other Change Communication Advisors and Training team to align staff awareness and education campaigns
- Ensure communication work package development and execution is completed as required to consistent standards
- Ensure the development of staff communication collateral meets requirements and standards
- Under the guidance of the Change Communications Lead, engage in project planning and the development of change communications methods and practices
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and engagement
- Ensure communications packages are completed on agreed timeframes and within budget with thorough and accurate results

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated relevant experience in Change Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a similar discipline
- Experience dealing with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in developing communication plans/content and leading execution of corporate change communication plans, within a customer-focused environment
- Ability to operate with autonomy in determining day to day work priorities.
- A self-starter who can work through ambiguity in a fast-paced and politically sensitive environment.
