Great opportunity for experienced **Order Processor at an Industrial Printer Company**

You will be in charge of **Customer Service, Logistics (Warehouse Admin work), Sales Admin, and General affairs.**

- Processing sales orders.
- Ensuring that purchase orders/invoices are matched correctly by number and vendor.
- Resolving order and inventory problems by investigating data and history.
- **[Warehouse]**_
- Ensuring that all the daily outbound shipments have been pulled, packed, and processed.
- Ensuring all inventory locations accurate and note changes on documentation which is uploaded to the data base.
- Keeping the warehouse/ working area free of hazards as per the company's health and safety policy.
- Working closely with other staff in implementing processes and programs to enhance efficiently in regards to warehouse operations.
- Preparing and conducting semi-annual inventories in regards to products with a high degree of accuracy.

- Generating and preparing meeting reposts and safe reports
- Preparing any information requested from HQ in Japan or other departments.
- **[General Affairs]**_
- Maintaining supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels: anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
- Performing administrative and office support activities directed by management.
- Assisting Administration Manager in providing advice and information to employees on company policies and procedures.
- Assisting audit process
