**Advanced Pharmacy Supply**
We are a pharmaceutical wholesaler specialising in therapeutic vaping and nicotine replacement products, currently broadening our product portfolio. To support this growth, we are expanding our Sales and Administrative team and seeking a highly organised Sales Support Administrator to join us in Rydalmere, NSW. This role will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, supporting new sales initiatives, managing after-sales follow-up, and providing day-to-day operational support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process sales orders, issue invoices, and following up on payments.
- Placing purchase orders with suppliers
- Maintain and update customer records, product databases, and internal documentation
- Support general office administration and coordination tasks
- Assist with packing order as needed
- Other admin duties as required

**About You**
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Verbal and written communication, a polite phone manner
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- An ability to work well with others is essential
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Enjoy working in a small team and contributing to a positive, can-do culture
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia.

**Job Types**: Part Time, Contract

Expected hours: 25 - 30 hours per week

Pay: $28 - $30 per hour + Superannuation

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
