This is an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Health & Safety and Injury Management, Return to Work Specialist to join this values-led business and work as part of a larger team to provide support to their 3, NSW hospitals: Burwood, Richmond & the Hawkesbury.**About the Role**
The WHS and Injury Management Specialist will demonstrate leadership in the WHS and RTW space and is responsible for the operation and day to day delivery of workplace safety and injury management in conjunction with the national safety team. You will support the implementation of group wide strategies and promote a proactive approach to building a positive safety culture. You will advise on the management of early intervention, rehabilitation programs for injured employees, to enable safe early Return to Work. You will coach, guide and empower managers and employees to achieve safe outcomes and ensure adherence with policies, procedure, legislation and consistency across the region.**About You**
To see you successful in this role it is imperative you have WHS and RTW specific qualifications and demonstrated experience in a Workplace Health & Safety and Injury Management, Return to Work role. You will need detailed knowledge and understanding of WHS and workers compensation legislation and industry best practice.
- You will be an excellent communicator and able to build rapport quickly, have the demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently and provide leadership across Health, Safety and Injury Management.**About Applying
