The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Designer / Developer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of EzyDog's products. From concept to production, you'll be involved in every stage of the design and development process while working closely with team members, stakeholders, and suppliers.

What You'll Do

Your day-to-day will be diverse, covering everything from research to execution:

  • Monitor industry trends, market insights, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Conduct competitor research to inform product concepts and brand positioning.
  • Translate ideas into detailed technical drawings and specifications that communicate design intent clearly.
  • Develop innovative concepts and mood boards aligned with EzyDog's brand identity.
  • Test prototypes with internal teams and our canine testers, refining designs for quality, functionality, and manufacturability.
  • Manage critical paths to ensure key milestones are met and product launches stay on schedule.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring clear communication and resolving production challenges.
  • Help uphold EzyDog's reputation for quality and adventure-driven design.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • A love for dogs and excitement for creating products that enhance their lives.
  • 3+ years in product design or development, ideally in accessories or technical products.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems (Photoshop and 3D skills are a plus).
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and detailed product development timelines.
  • A team-oriented, adaptable attitude that fosters collaboration and creativity.
