What You'll Do

  • Create With Impact: Design and develop seasonal product ranges that capture trends and transform them into collections our customers love.
  • Bring Ideas to Life: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move designs from concept to production, always keeping RVCA's identity front and centre.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of art, music, surf, and skate culture, translating fresh inspiration into standout design.
  • Perfect Details: Design prints, graphics, and yardage patterns with accuracy, ensuring seamless integration across product categories.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of design experience with a portfolio that shows bold, creative, and trend-led work.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • An eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at pace.
  • A collaborative mindset, you thrive when working with others to bring concepts to life.
