Award winning Developer/Builder require an experienced Design Manager
**Your new company**
Highly regarded throughout the industry, this Developer/Builder deliver high end, luxury apartments across Queensland and have a terrific reputation for quality. They have experienced leaders in the senior management team and are looking for a Design Manager to come on board and work with the front end and delivery teams.

**Your new role**
- End-to-end project oversight and engagement, from initial design development through to project delivery.
- The first point of contact in relation to design, and design-impacted matters.
- Managing the design program, consultant team and design deliverables.
- Scoping of design services and engagement of consultants
- Ongoing interrogation and assessment of the risks, opportunities and interventions required for improving construction outcomes.
- Building strong relationships with consultant teams and managing the appointment of consultants.
- Directing stakeholder and consultant engagement, and managing the chain of communication with all parties, including internal team members.
- Ascertaining a project's potential for value-managed solutions, without compromise of the design integrity.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture or related degree with the equivalent knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrated experience delivering High Rise/Multi-Residential projects
- Ability to assertively communicate and foster relationships, from the client to the contractors.
- Expertise in problem-solving design and construction solutions.
- Managing the design packages
- Participate in Value management to achieve cost savings and efficiency

There is an immediate start on offer pending a successful interview however should you have a 2-4 week notice period, that will not be an issue.
