empire group are currently working with an exciting, growing and highly reputable Tier 2 construction company. They have recently secured several $100 million plus **residential high-rise projects** across the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
They have opportunities for **Junior and Senior Design Managers** to join their team.
**The Role -**
- Assist from the initial stages of a project, and progress the designs throughout until the functional building stage
- Provide input for cost control and value optimisation of each project, updating budgets and forecasting systems regularly
- Provide document control within specific timeframes, attend meetings/minute taking, collating data and preparing reports, and all general ad hoc duties as required.
- Continuous review of compliance across building codes and local regulations
**What we need from you -**
- A tertiary qualification within** engineering, construction or architecture.**:
- Experience in the **multi-residential** space.
