**Reports to**: Area Manager
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Effective execution of national campaign activities, including all aspects of Outlet Coverage and Territory Coverage Plans (TCP)
Develop and maintain mutually beneficial commercial relationships with external collaborators
Foster effective working relationships with internal collaborators
Provide industry and product knowledge to retailers
Execute brand and trade strategies seamlessly at the store level
Utilise category management principles to ensure awareness of category relevance at store level
Continually develop your skill set in line with the evolving industry and regulatory environment
CAN THIS BE YOU?
Do you have strong social skills, ability to connect with people from all walks of life?
Do you enjoy problem-solving and working in an agile environment? Critical experience, skills, and knowledge
A tertiary degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience is desirable
Previous experience in any sales or marketing role is an advantage
Experience in the FMCG industry
Demonstrated commercial acumen and adept relationship management skills (internal and external partners) Remuneration and benefits
You will receive a competitive remuneration package starting from AUD $78,000 (based on experience) + 13% Super. Additional benefits include a company car and fuel, a new mobile phone, a health and wellbeing allowance, social events, and an annual bonus.
