Position Overview:
As a Trades Sales Representative at Cricks Connect, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will play a key role in achieving our sales targets and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and approach potential clients, manage relationships with existing clients, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our trade and safety products and solutions to effectively communicate their benefits and value to clients.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, prepare quotes, and close sales deals in a timely and efficient manner.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback, and provide regular reports to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

- Preferred experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in the trade or safety industry.
- An understanding of trade/safety products and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license

How to Apply:
