You:

- Have likely been in sourcing or recruiting for at least five (5) years, mostly in an **engineering, IT or technical environment**, and thrive in a technical world.
- Enjoy the challenge of turning over every rock to leverage **LinkedIn, social media,** **network, cold-call, and ‘headhunt’** your way to filling critical roles for the business.
- Have strong fundamental skills in Boolean search string development, are proficient in leveraging social media, and bring internet research skills you can leverage.
- May have experience sourcing talent across **multiple geographies** and time zones.
- Are **innately curious**, enjoy learning new things, and given your global reach, aren’t afraid to ask questions.
- Are excited about having a direct impact on the business.
- Pride yourself on being a creative problem solver.
