Your opportunity:
Reporting to the Manager People Services, the Talent Acquisition Lead will manage an established, high performing Talent Team who are passionate about delivering a great people experience and supporting the delivery of critical business outcomes. We take our work seriously but not ourselves, so bring your sense of humour

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong understanding of the value Talent can bring to a business, embracing the opportunities that change brings and the ability to work in an evolving environment as the talent market continues to become more competitive. We’re focussed on identifying talent solutions that will not only deliver on our strategic goals but enhance our culture of inclusion and innovation. You will be confident working with senior stakeholders and comfortable navigating organisational dynamics, driving a culture of service excellence and best practise.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering the Urban Utilities brand through multiple stages of the employee life cycle, including employer brand and employee value proposition, talent attraction and acquisition strategies that lead to great outcomes for our people. You will be actively supported by a capable team and an authentic leader to make a real and lasting impact across the Enterprise

About you:
- Extensive experience managing full-cycle recruitment across a diverse workforce.- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching a Talent Acquisition team- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, comfortable navigating organisational dynamics and ability to work with ambiguity.- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-informed decisions.- Experience leveraging existing and emerging technologies to drive recruitment efforts.- Partner with senior leaders to proactively assess future talent needs based on strategic goals, industry trends, and workforce planning data-
- Provide guidance on modern recruitment processes and talent initiatives- Enhance talent attraction policies, procedures, systems, and tools across the organisation- Establish mechanisms to report and track recruitment effectiveness, including baseline performance metrics and opportunities for improvement
