Systems Administration Officer

We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in a similar role to join our Jetstar Finance team in **Coolangatta** on a **permanent full-time** basis. As **Systems** **Administration Officer**, you will have a can-do attitude, strong organisational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent analytical skills.
**More about this role**:
The role is a vital link between the Operations and Accounts teams in ensuring the accuracy of the Master Product Items List, associated Pricing, Items specifications, Menu Configurations, POS meta files, and loading requirements within the IT systems. The role is responsible to ensure configuration of data, along with pricing and product changes that are updated in the information systems.
**What are your responsibilities?**
- Provide internal review on all operational catering documentation supplied, and identify discrepancies / inconsistencies
- Ensure the Master Product Items data is accurate, including product codes, weights, iPad loading configuration, and POS configuration
- Assist with month end financial reporting and pricing discrepancies
- Point of Contact for stakeholders around the data
- Ensure accurate and timely billing of customers
- Update and maintain accounts registers
- Raise and issue invoices/credit notes
- Be the main point of contract for all supplier invoice queries
- Timely delivery of weekly reporting and distribution of reconciled customer statements
- Reliable monitoring of performance and development of action plans to resolve any issues identified
- Coordinate meetings and set up meeting rooms
- General administrative duties including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, stationery orders, and electronic filing
**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Demonstrated success in a similar role
- Experience in the management of configuration control systems
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders in a high volume, high value environment
- Knowledge and experience in general administration and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to self-manage and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills as well as close attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Office and Outlook
