**Aviation Security & Compliance Administrator**

**The Opportunity**

Provide administrative support to the Security and Operations Department by providing efficient customer service, regulatory compliance and procedural diligence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administration assistance to the Security and Operations Department
- Operate Access Control systems and the subsequent processing and verification, including auditing and notification
- Be responsible for components of the Visitor Identification Card (VIC) process, includes processing, data input, document verification, notifications and auditing
- Operate Who's on Location contractor database to assist with sending out inductions and data input
- Overseeing and responsible for the lost property system
- Handle both hard copy and electronic filing processes in accordance with quality assurance and information sensitivity/classification
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary material for contractors and visitors
- Assist internal and external/public enquiries with professional and exceptional standards of customer service and confidentiality
- Assist with the development and implementation of Security and Operations procedures and requirements, including training as required
- Office expense tracking and accounting, including but not limited to banking, credit card reconciliations, monthly invoice processing and stationary management
- Point of contact for internal and external Security and Operations enquiries
- Meet deadlines, liaise and update stakeholders on status, processes and procedures
- Be aware of and assist in limited tasks of the Security & Compliance Coordinators role in their absence and when authorised to do so

- Ensuring Terminal Control Centre is open and operational at required times
- Maintain regulatory compliance and accountability
- Comply with the direction of the Security & Compliance Coordinator who prioritises administration duties and responsibilities.

**Essential Skills**
- Demonstrated administration experience
- Demonstrated customer service experience

**Desirable Skills**
- Airport operations and security knowledge
- Previous experience in working with regulations, compliance and/or policies
