**Aviation Security Supervisor**

Trident Services Security Pty Ltd is an industry leader in the provision of integrated services, including cleaning and security services in retail centres and airports throughout Australia. We pride ourselves on the delivery of highly proactive and well managed services to our Clients.

**This position will be responsible for**:

- For overseeing the day to day security operations
- Managing shift rosters including core and ADHOC shifts
- Providing leadership and operational support to security employees
- Managing quality systems to ensure compliance
- That screening operations are conducted in accordance with all relevant standards, procedures and policies
- Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained
- Maintaining a safe work environment and promoting safe work practices
- Ensuring that the deportment and grooming of security staff is a maintained at a high standard
- Service delivery quality assurance including auditing and reporting requirements
- Possession of a current Queensland Security License (compulsory requirement)
- Possess a Certificate II in Security Operations
- Hold an Aviation Transport Protection Qualification
- Ability to successfully pass Drug and Alcohol screening and Medical assessments
- Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance)
- Hold an unrestricted Drivers Licence and have access to or own a reliable vehicle
- Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- A well developed knowledge of CCTV, Fire Control Panel and Access Control systems and emergency systems and processes
- The ability to mentor and support staff to achieve required performance levels
- A highly developed understanding of work place safety and the ability to maintain a safe working environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with key stake holders
- Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- An excellent level of familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
