**What you’ll do**
- Lead Delivery incl. facilitating & driving the delivery roadmap, addressing impediments, managing RAID and bringing stakeholders along the journey
- Coaching squads, individuals, tribes & the organisation to improve agility
- Embed the WooliesX best in class Agile Ways of Working and lead continuous improvement
- Ownership of events in partnership with PMs incl. Squad / Tribe level events, Inception workshops and BRP
- Foster transparency & visibility to encourage data-driven decisions Support a thriving culture & embeds an agile mindset

**What you’ll bring**
- 5+ years experience working in an Agile Delivery squad or team actively contributing to the successful delivery of initiatives
- Expertise with the use of tools which includes Miro, JIRA, Confluence or equivalent.
- Skilled in multiple Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS), with an ability to be agnostic of agile frameworks when assessing the most valuable way forward. Skilled in planning, scheduling, and managing risks, issues and dependencies**What you’ll Experience**
