**About the Role;**
As an Enterprise Agile Coach within WooliesX, you will play an important role in ensuring a successful Agile Transformation and play a key part in embedding the adoption of new agile ways of working across the organisation enabling our teams to achieve the best outcomes. Working with cross-functional teams, you will influence the engagement, processes and tools to support agile culture and values. Using intent-based leadership, you will help our business adopt, grow and mature agile ways of working in the pursuit of customer focussed outcomes.
Reporting to the Enterprise Agile Coach Chapter Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our leaders and their teams to deliver high quality, customer-centric outcomes. You will facilitate agile transformation at a squad, tribe, platform, and organisation level, from planning to execution. Through agile coaching and training, you will foster the adoption of agile principles, mindset, culture and ways of working across the organisation. By working together as a collaborative team, you will pilot, roll out and deliver new processes at scale to deliver real outcomes that have a positive impact on the organisation.

**Key Priorities for the role**
- Work with multiple tribes to embed our agile ways of working and behaviour to ensure successful adoption of the Agile Operating Model. You have experience in agile at-scale transformation, including shaping the enterprise agility pillars that are needed to incubate agile at an organisational level.
- Support WooliesX to accelerate our agile transformation by coaching squads, tribes and other capability areas, to adopt and improve agile ways of working, practices and mindset.
- Design and implement an Agile Framework that supports Product Design and delivery
- Co-design a transformation plan and roadmap for your squads and tribes, taking your stakeholders on the journey.
- Contribute to building a high-performing agile practice, ensuring we have a valuable service catalogue of collateral, training materials and how-to guidance on agile topics.
- Shape and drive the adoption of enterprise agility pillars, such as lean-agile leadership, lean portfolio management, agile funding, big room planning, and engineering & architecture.
- Promote agility principles and practices at team, program and portfolio levels. This includes direct involvement, and leadership of activities, that propel business outcomes
- Facilitation and training in a practical and engaging way to senior executives, management teams and agile delivery teams
- You have previous experience leading teams and are passionate about building high performing teams.
- You’re a knowledgeable and pragmatic agile practitioner, with experience across a broad spectrum of agile ways of working, such as Lean, agile at scale, Lean Startup, DevOps, CI / CD and Human Centred Design.
