**About the Role;**
As an Agile Coach within WooliesX, you will play an important role in embedding our ways of working to enable teams to achieve the best outcomes. Working with cross-functional teams, you will influence the engagement, processes and tools to support agile culture and values. Using intent-based leadership, you will help our business adopt, grow and mature agile ways of working in the pursuit of customer focussed outcomes.
Reporting to the Agile Coach Chapter Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our leaders and their teams to deliver high quality, customer-centric outcomes. You will focus on standardising agile capability toolkits and coaching at the squad, tribe and 1 to many level and onboarding leaders and team members. Through agile coaching and training, you will foster the adoption of agile principles, mindset, culture and ways of working across WooliesX and be closely connected to our partners in Woolworths Group to ensure alignment and best practices. By working together as a collaborative team, you will pilot, rollout and deliver new processes at scale to deliver real outcomes that have a positive impact on the organisation.

**Key Priorities for the role**
- Work with multiple digital teams to implement new agile processes and behaviour to ensure successful adoption of the Agile Operating Model.You have experience in agile at scale transformation, including shaping the enterprise agility pillars that are needed to incubate agile at an organisational level.
- Support WooliesX to accelerate our agile ways of working by coaching squads, tribes and other capability areas, to adopt and improve agile ways of working, practices and mindset.
- Lead a consistent onboarding program for new team members
- Contribute to building a high-performing agile practice, ensuring we have a valuable service catalogue of collateral, training materials and how-to guidance on agile topics.
- Promote agility principles and practices at team, program and portfolio levels that propel business outcomes
- Facilitation and training in a practical and engaging way to leaders and teams
- You’re a knowledgeable, yet pragmatic agile practitioner, with experience across a broad spectrum of agile ways of working

**About You**
You will have the breadth and depth of experience to lead multi disciplinary teams, in complex organisations across a variety of industries at scale. To thrive at WooliesX, you will be an inspiring and engaging individual who is passionate about helping and growing people, teams and organisations through their agile journey.
You’re curious and empathetic, and as a systems thinker you have an eye for the bigger picture and customer and stakeholder centric.
- 3+ years proven agile coaching experience (inc. Scrum Master experience) with teams, team members, and leaders
- 3+ years as a Learning and Development specialist
- Familiarity and exposure to multiple Agile frameworks, with an ability to be agnostic of agile frameworks when assessing the most valuable way forward.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills (including influencing and negotiation) at all levels from team members to senior leaders
- Advanced capability to build agile collateral, training modules and capability frameworks.
- Equipped with excellent communication skills including presentation and facilitation experience
