**About the role**:

- Provide customer support to all ANZ customers.
- Participate in regular meetings.
- Liaising with business stakeholders.
- Investigate customer complaints and ensure timely response to customers with resolutions.
- Control Tower between internal stakeholders and ANZ warehouse.
- Schedule domestic inbound and outbound freight.
- Book international shipments.
- Assist with paperwork requirements for customs clearance.
- Assist with other duties such as inventory management and assisting with specific projects, etc.

**About you**:

- Administration experience in a similar role.
- Logistics/warehousing background preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and administration skills.
- Ability to work within a team but also work unsupervised.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Take initiative to assist other team members with other tasks.
- Pronto and Iscala system experience preferred but not required.
- Proficient with MS Office.
