**What you’ll be doing**

As a Head of Analytics (Supply Chain Transformation) working for Kmart you will:

- Lead and drive the development of advanced analytics strategies within the supply chain domain, with a focus on initiatives like digital twins and supply chain control tower implementations.
- Foster a balanced approach to strategy that combines big-picture vision with detailed analysis, empowering the team to tackle initiatives with depth and flexibility.
- Manage a team of data and analytics professionals to develop data products that support key business decision-making processes in the supply chain, such as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE).
- Drive process digitalization efforts, particularly in areas like PO digitalization, to enhance operational efficiency and streamline supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Australia and Asia to optimize costs, improve inventory management, and enhance product availability.
- Work closely with the IT team to assess and implement future systems and design architectures that align with the organization's goals and requirements.
- Cultivate a forward-looking mindset and promote a data-driven culture throughout the organization, emphasizing the importance of leveraging data for strategic decision-making.

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in leading complex analytics initiatives within the supply chain space, including digital twins and supply chain control towers.
- Proficiency in process digitalization, particularly in areas like PO digitalization, to drive operational improvements.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders across different regions and functions.
- Ability to partner with the IT team to evaluate and implement future systems and architectures that enhance supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated leadership in fostering a data-driven culture and promoting innovation through analytics.
