**Responsibilities**:
**See yourself in our team**:
As a Business Process Specialist, you will take overall ownership for the delivery of an elegant, scalable, efficient and effective Promapp environment for the Gallagher Bassett (GB) International (NZ, AU & UK) businesses. In this role you will also contribute to the analysis & functional design of new and existing processes, administration of the Promapp environment (Promaster), promoting TNAD championing the usage and overall health of the GB International Promapp ecosystem service with the GB International Leadership and Executive Teams.

**On a day to day basis you will**:

- Create an efficient and effective GB Promapp environment ensuring a high level of quality usage and ‘end-User’ satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal Promapp Users with timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure all contacts and interactions are of the highest standard (written/phone/face-to-face), to communicate clearly and appropriately to all Promapp stakeholders
- Ensure that all confidential information is handled in accordance with Company protocols and procedures
- Continually use facts and structured feedback and monitoring mechanisms to identify opportunities, formulate and execute effective solution strategies for improved Promapp performance
- Maintain effective relationships with Internal Stakeholders to define and deliver enhancements that provide optimal solutions for all levels of Promapp Users.
- Encourage and effectively monitor the culture of Promapp understanding and process mapping acumen within the GB User group.
- Use data-driven techniques to focus contact on the largest opportunities for Promapp performance improvement.
- Drive continual review and improvement of Promapp functionality whilst developing a GB Group of Promapp Champions & Advocates.

Qualifications:
**We are interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience working with Promapp (or similar systems) at a Management, Subject Matter Expert or Administrator level.
- Demonstratable skills in stakeholder engagement with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to solve problems in an effective and proactive manner
- Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyse and interpret business requirements & story tell using relevant data, and translate into appropriate solutions
- Skill to make sense of abstract information and communicate complex ideas to other
- Excellent communication skills - Written and Oral
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with an aptitude to grasp information quickly
