**The Opportunity**

**Our Mining Assembly team** has an exciting opportunity for a **Workshop Heavy Equipment Diesel Fitter** to join the team, **based in Wacol** This role is a permanent full-time position which will require you to focus on all aspects of HD mechanics and fitting. You will be in charge of **working within all aspects of diagnostic, maintenance and repairs on our world class machinery.**

**About You**:

- Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else
- ** Hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised), Fitter Machinist **_or_** Experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic **looking to move into mining and construction machinery industry **_or _**you have just **completed mobile plant apprenticeship and you are looking to learn OEM machinery**:

- ** Ability to be technical and mechanically experience / aptitude**:

- ** Good communication skills and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team**:

- ** Having experienced within a similar role or in a workshop environment would be highly advantageous**
