**The Opportunity**

Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia has an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Storeperson** to join our **Brisbane Mining and Assembly team**. Reporting to the Mining assembly Manager, this role will be best suited to someone who enjoys a challenging and stimulating work environment providing a range of OEM level services to our much-loved customer base.

The main responsibilities in this role will be **receiving, picking, packing and dispatching parts and equipment**. You will be required to work closely with the workshop trades persons to **set up and assist with jobs** as well as any** general warehouse duties** required.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience working in an industrial parts environment
- A positive approach to safety
- Ability to work independently make the role your own
- ** A current Forklift - **_essential_**

Someone mechanically minded would suit this role as there is opportunity to provide support on the floor to our workshop trades people
