**As a Relationship Associate you will**:

- Drive customer advocacy by being an empowered case resolver for customer servicing enquiries
- Complete customer requests in a timely manner
- Be accountable for customer adoption of digital channels including education of customers to transition to self-servicing channels to simplify customer banking
- Align to local teams and build relationships with customers through retaining local knowledge.
- Be an expert in onboarding new to bank customers and completion of KYC requirements
- Proactive management of the Term Deposit Rollovers and opening of new Term Deposit Accounts
- Assist customers/bankers with Asset finance quotes, documentation and payout information for customers

**What you will bring**:

- Demonstrate customer obsession and ability to deliver superior customer service on a consistent basis
- Understanding of KYC onboarding compliance requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of digital platforms and customer self-service channels
- Foundational NAB System Knowledge, proficiency in Siebel, Ebobs and NABONE desirable

**Please note your working days will be from Wednesday
- Friday - 8.45am-5:30pm.**
