**The team**

Our national workplace team has a diverse and well-established client base, including employers in Australia across the public and private sector, State and Local Government, Health, Aged Care, Education, Resources, Agribusiness, Finance, Insurance and Tech.

A great opportunity currently exists for a Lawyer/Associate with some expertise in industrial relations, employment and/or work health and safety matters to join our busy Adelaide practice. You will work closely with Liz Viant, the national workplace partners and senior lawyers in the team.

**What you need**- have 1-5 years’ experience in employment, industrial relations, or work health and safety or a similar level of experience in high level commercial litigation with an interest in employment law;- are personally well organised;- have a strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers;- work in a collaborative environment;- are resilient and committed to excellence that matches our own; and- take pride in their work and who they work for.
