The mission of the LLL is to provide business and financial support to the Lutheran Church of Australia (LCA), such as loans to churches, schools, aged care and retirement living facilities and associated organisations, while providing excellent service to all customers and safeguarding the interest of depositors.

**CLIENT RELATIONSHIP ANALYST**

As a client facing role, you will be working closely with our Service Operations Delivery Team to service our customer needs. This role reports directly to our Head of Client Relationships.

**Principle responsibilities**:

- Working as part of a loan deal team to provide industry and market insights, drive documentation, execution, establishment and general in-life maintenance
- Efficient management of existing client relationships to ensure they are satisfied with their banking experience as well as making a positive impact for their business.
- Identify and actively manage the full spectrum of risks associated with the origination and ongoing management of clients
- Prepare annual reviews and liaise with credit risk and other internal stakeholders as required
- Perform portfolio monitoring activities such as breach management and liaise with credit risk and other stakeholders where required.
- Develop and maintain appropriately robust and effective compliance programs, policies and procedures to support the implementation of compliance obligations
- Foster a risk management culture ensuring identified risk is managed appropriately

**Key requirements**:

- Exposure to commercial lending in a banking environment
- _(Desirable)_ experience with Aged Care & Retirement living lending
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end lending processes and experience in reading and interpreting financial reports and related searches
- Proficient level skills in Excel and other reporting systems and tools
- An exceptional communicator
- High level attention to detail
