With a forte for Building supplies, turf, land, soil garden mix, mulch, pebbles and gravels, and firewood their project consultants share their expertise with our commercial customers across greater Sydney.
They support their clients in every stage of the project with advice and solutions that suit your project, budget, and schedule, building lifetime relationships
**THE ROLE**
This role really is one of the most important roles in the company. It requires someone dedicated and who will own the role at hand.
With a fleet of over 30 vehicles, they pride themselves on doing whatever it takes to get the product to their client when they need it, where they need it.
This is where your expertise showcases
- You will run a diverse and changing database working two sites across Sydney
- This truck fleet delivers are for you to coordinate and ensure they meet timelines
- You will work autonomously; this is your responsibility once trained
- You will rework current procedures and ensure the database is always live
- You will be making decisions every day that ensure the smooth running of the site operators, scheduling of deliveries,
- You will always be anticipating potential changes, anomalies, sick leave, and general change.
- You will need to schedule and allocate drivers/operators to jobs handling up to 30 trucks/drivers and servicing up to 200 projects at one given time.

**THE ESSENTIALS**
- You will have worked within the construction, building, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics industry
- You have a mature approach to your work, your communication is your forte,
- You are direct yet personable, and you work efficiently and without supervision.
- You have attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask.
- You will have excellent ERP / database management skills
- You know how to recruit staff and always are anticipating potential issues that can come up on-site and your clients' needs.
- You also have solid exposure to working to policy, procedure, and adhering to SWMS with a WHS awareness.
