We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Allocator/Scheduler to join our team and ensure the seamless coordination of daily staff schedules. You will be at the heart of our organisation, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of resource allocation and daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage daily schedules for demolition staff, equipment, and resources.
- Address and resolve scheduling conflicts in a prompt manner.
- Monitor project progress and ensure staffing aligns with deadlines and project goals.
- Monitor and respond efficiently and accurately to enquiries.
- Accurately maintain records and data and assist in the development of reports.
- Coordinate with the HR team to track staff availability, training, and certifications.
- Provide input into training and development initiatives.
- Assist with adhoc admin or projects as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in scheduling, allocation, or coordination roles, ideally within construction.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with the commercial construction industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Weekend overtime available if interested.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:
