Our client is a company that specialises in providing stage to stage or door to door freight service for tours, events, and projects. They are looking for a Domestic Freight Coordinator to join their team and take over the domestic freight movements.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the collection and movement of equipment for domestic freight movements
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient logistics
- Keep clients and suppliers updated on progress and any changes to schedules
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure all freight and logístical components are managed efficiently and effectively
- Identify areas for process improvement and work to streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

**Role Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in domestic freight coordination or logistics
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Familiarity with logistics software and tools
- Knowledge of the live event industry is a plus
