**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and organised **Learning & Development Coordinator**to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with some HR or L&D experience who is eager to learn and grow as part of a global organisation.
As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of engaging training programs and initiatives. From scheduling and participant management to creating impactful learning resources, you'll help ensure our teams thrive and reach their full potential.
**What You'll Do**
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Support participant enrolment, track attendance, and follow up on feedback.
- Maintain an up-to-date training calendar and ensure timely stakeholder communication.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist with HR tasks, including responding to employee inquiries and supporting DEI and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to promote a strong learning culture.
**What We're Looking For**
- A tertiary qualification or certification in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in an HR or L&D role with a corporate or professional services environment (preferred but not essential).
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- High aptitude for learning and adapting to new tools or processes.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with HRIS or LMS platforms is a bonus.
- A genuine interest in designing and facilitating training programs as part of your long-term professional growth.
