ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER

Australia’s #1 Iced Coffee is seeking an experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join the Bega marketing team, in this exciting new role

The Role

Have you ever had one of those days and thought ahh all I need is a Dare iced coffee to get through the afternoon slump? Fascinated to know what makes DARE Australia’s #1 Iced Coffee brand so successful? This is the opportunity for you Bega have an exciting opportunity for a high performing, Assistant Brand Manager to join our Dare Marketing Team.

Responsibilities- Support the implementation of the annual Dare brand plan and Go-To-Market strategies in collaboration with the Dare Brand Manager.- Collaborate with the Iced Coffee Marketing Team to execute best-in-class communications and key brand activations.- Manage and report on Brand Performance (Sales, Share, Profitability, Equity) and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify opportunities for improvements.- Collaborate cross functionally as a project lead to explore, lead and manage projects and deliver on business cases through Stage Gate.- Engage with agency partners to create & execute bold, disruptive, unmissable brand plans.

About you- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level- Experience in similar brand marketing roles in the FMCG industry.- Displays a challenger mindset to drive brand growth; challenges the status quo and champions brand and quality standards.- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in delivery of innovation and product management.- Works both collaboratively and independently with tight deadlines and is flexible to adapt well in fast-paced environments.- Demonstrated understanding of integrated brand and channel plans that achieve commercial outcomes.
