**SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Experience, over multiple years, in the administration of accounts payable procedures and practices
- Formal qualifications in accounting, business or similar
- Technologically proficient with experience in systems implementation /transition well regarded
- Proficient with accounts payable systems and Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Highly developed customer service orientation, with strong communication skills, including written communications and excellent telephone manner
- Have the ability to respectfully and effectively interact with peers and the College’s community members
- Well developed sense of responsibility and initiative
- Demonstrated ability to organise workload proactively and to complete all tasks and meet deadlines
- A team player with positive and professional disposition
- To be adept at multi-tasking and dealing with the pressure of competing demands
- Hold a current Working with Children Check and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and well-being of children and young people
- Consent to having a National Criminal History Check
