Fodera & Co are looking for a Permanent Part time Administration and Account Team Member to join their office in Lane Cove, for 2 days per week. Work the days that suit you.
In this role you would be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties.
Input and processing of Client Invoices and Statements - Previous knowledge of Sage Handy Ledger is Ideal
Maintain our corporate Secretarial System - BGL CAS 360 - Knowledge necessary.
All aspects of Client Communication - Sound knowledge of Outlook & Word including mail merge necessary
Excel Spreadsheets - navigating and creating - Sound Knowledge necessary
High standard of attention to detail as we deal with ASIC & the ATO.
Be fluent in the English Language and be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills.
Be able to work independently and unsupervised.
Adhere to our strict Confidentiality Code.
