The role

As an Account Manager, you'll thrive in a fast-paced setting, juggling multiple projects with ease. Communication is your superpower - you love connecting with clients, bringing positive energy, and thinking outside the box to deliver innovative solutions.

You'll be the central hub of information, ensuring every brief is sharp and every project meets the highest standards. Hard work and exceptional client results drive you, but you also know how to strike the right balance.

Your responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted partner.
• Act as day-to-day liaison, keeping clients informed and confident at every stage.
• Manage end-to-end client campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and expectations are met.
• Oversee print and POS production including estimates, bookings, artwork approvals, logistics and installations. Maintain distribution lists, upload artwork, create install guides and run sheets, and keep WIPs updated.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, providing insights that keep us at the forefront.
• Refine business processes to improve results, workflows and efficiency.
• Collaborate across all Dashing teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional outcomes. Use tools such as Zendesk and Portal Tech to manage client queries.
• Attend daily team huddles and weekly client WIPs to stay aligned and proactive.
• Support and guide account coordinators to help them develop and succeed.
• Be an ambassador for Dashing's values, setting the standard for excellence.

You are (the non-negotiables)

• 3-5+ years in account management across print, POS, activations and project management
• VM and fabrication experience, including timber, metals and acrylic
• Strong technical print knowledge and estimating skills
• Highly organised, detail-focused and efficient
• Creative, solution-focused and commercially savvy
• Decisive, confident and calm under pressure
• Exceptional communicator with strong relationship skills
• Energetic, innovative and hands-on, while approachable and collaborative
• Tech savvy with MS Office, Google Suite and (PrintIQ a plus)
• Sydney-based, hybrid model with up to 2 days WFH
• Positive, culture-focused and team-oriented
