An exciting opportunity has become available for **O365/ IT Support Officer** to join Sydney Belle Property Head Office within the operations team.
We pride ourselves on being forward-thinking, and technology enhanced with systemised structures in place. The Systems Administrator provides daily support to both our clients (our franchisees) and operations team for enquiries which relate to our systems to function at its best.
This role would suit someone who is tech savvy, can manage multiple communication channels and has the ability to think on their feet, adapt and respond efficiently with a problem-solving attitude.

**Responsibilities include**:
- Drive adoption of all Microsoft suite with our clients and staff (specifically O365 mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and MS Teams)
- Managing and actioning escalated IT support requests to resolve issues and ensure a steady stream of communication maintaining a high level of customer service
- Key contact for MSP provider for account management of relationship
- Work with key management on enhancing system functionality and workflows to provide efficiencies for the overall system usage in our network.
- Work alongside Website team to onboard new offices and changes with existing clients
- Perform training on our systems for our staff, including 1:1, small groups online
- Key contact for corporate staff for IT maintenance of office infrastructure (printers, workspaces, boardrooms, training room)
- Provide technical guidance to team members at corporate head office
- Hardware and software asset management and related coordination for head office
- General maintenance of all operative support systems for corporate head office
- Domain & Trademark registration and maintenance with legal team
**About you**:

**Required experience.**
- 3+ years of experience in supporting and best practice use of Microsoft O365 Cloud solutions
- Strong knowledge with O365, OneDrive, SharePoint and MS Teams
- Experience with user security and backup systems
- Support helpdesk or end user in-house experience
- Knowledge of real estate database software (desirable)
- Audio Visual experience (desirable)
- Ticket management eg, Freshdesk (desirable)
