**The company**
$25 million Australian business with branches in NSW, Queensland and Victoria. Our client provides medical devices to healthcare sector including NDIS providers, hospitals, aged care facilities.

**The role**
You will report to the Financial Controller, work closely with a supportive team of six and have sole responsibility for the accounts receivable function in an SAP environment. The role offers complexity and plenty of internal and external contact.

**The responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will include:

- preparing bank reconciliations and allocating payments from multiple revenue streams.
- manage investigations related to allocation of funds, missing purchase orders, invoicing issues, customer enquiries and requests, liaising with customers, the warehouse, customer service team and rentals team.
- account reconciliations and preparing monthly statements.
- solid full function accounts receivable experience.
- demonstrated ability to manage complexity and volumes.
- a great phone manner and clear communication skills.
