**Department Overview**: Final packing and logistics area
- ** Create shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list and other documents required for shipping) for every shipment from the factory.**
- ** Liaise with relevant agencies to obtain necessary documents to meet exporting/importing country requirements. For example, liaise with the Chamber of Commerce to obtain a COO certificate.**
- ** Manage and coordinate shipment with logistics partners.**
- ** Prepare documentation for the dangerous goods (DG) shipment via air or sea.**
- ** Update the shipping tracker with the AWB and courier name. Deliver the jobsheet for the next stage processing. For the shipment to MSI consolidation center, update the ERP tool with the shipping information.**
- ** Coordinate shipments between Barrett and MSI consolidation centers in the US, Germany and Malaysia.**
- ** Keep track of the proof of delivery (POD) for reference and audit purposes.**
- ** Ensure all orders are in compliance with the payment terms, regulatory requirements and export control regulations before releasing for shipment.**
- ** Attend and be actively involved in the management and operations meeting.**
- ** Support dispatch works and/or other tasks as required.**

**Basic Requirements**:

- ** Minimum 5 years experience in logistics operations.**
- ** Experience is Dangerous Goods (DG) process and control. Certification in DG is preferred**
- ** Communication: able to communicate clearly and concisely with different levels of audiences in the organization.**
- ** Attention to details.**
- ** Able to work with teams from different geographical locations.**
- ** Customer focus: committed to providing exceptional customer service experiences to the internal and external customers.**
