The Opportunity
Develop systems and improve processes to deliver the bakery promotional, seasonal & event planning systems and processes to optimise placement levels at the lowest ordering level and maximise business performance across all retail bakery channels and categories.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimise retail performance through analytical support using a range of different data sources
- Develop data based insights to guide decision making and to maximise profit at store level through optimising range, planogram space, off location compliance, daily placement levels
- Build effective field sales processes and tools, including targeted store KPI reports that develop contractor / 3rd party behaviour and drive performance improvement
- Support the Retail Forecast Planner with analysis to deliver systems improvements i.e., improve event & promo. planning, reduce placement control limits, develop ordering efficiency
- Conduct analysis and develop insights that help determine Field placement & execution strategies
- Manage a range of KPIs across performance compliance and qualitative results, across

**What you need**:

- Stats / Maths related degree
- 2 - 3 years of experience as a business analyst i.e. proven track record in data mining and insights generation
- Experience in FMCG Field Sales, Logistics or Operations function
- Proven ability to influence business decision making
- Experience in developing both business processes and supporting tools to lift people capability
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and remotely
