**Location: Braeside**:
**Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM**:
**Your Role**:
As a **Transport**Operations Administrator**, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by:
Managing the drivers debrief database and distributing updates.
Efficiently entering PODs into company systems.
Handling PUD and Linehaul manifesting for seamless deliveries.
Using your problem-solving skills to manage missing paperwork and freight issues.
Overseeing pallet dockets and transfers with accuracy.
Supporting the Fleet Team to ensure all tasks are completed daily.
Preparing daily operational reports and coordinating with fleet and customer service teams.
Completing general administrative duties to keep everything running smoothly.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Previous experience in a similar role (transport/logistics industry preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate/Advanced).
Experience with Toll Works (desirable but not required).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve processes.
