Jet Empire Transport has been providing transport services in Melbourne since 1996, specializing in delivering palletized and bundled freight across metro Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Due to the growing demand for our services, we are currently seeking experienced owner drivers, ranging from 2t vans (required for permanent run(s) starting in the Clayton area) along with 6t trays and tauts, through to 22t prime movers with trailer for an immediate start.

The roles on offer involve set runs, as well as delivering around metro Melbourne areas, and also include an increased workload going across regional Victoria.

The successful applicates will require excellent customer services skills, have experience working in a fast paced, time critical enviroment, knowledge of multi-drop runs and a great driving record. The positions on offer are fulltime (Monday to Friday) with no start up costs and immediate start.

All owner drivers must have

• A positive attitude, with good communication skills
• A current valid Australian drivers licence along with motor vehicle insurance
• Full working rights in Australia (Citizen or permanent resident)
• A smart phone and Australia Business Number (ABN)
• An understanding of Chain Of Responsibilty, mass and fatigue management
• Proficient with load restraint equipment and techniques
• The ability to make a positive contribution to our team
