**About the Role**

As an Accounts and Payroll Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial operations of DCV. From processing invoices to assisting with payroll, your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure our financial systems run smoothly.

Part-time schedule - Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (8.30 am-5.00 pm).

**What You’ll Do**

Invoice Management: Accurately process client and vendor invoices on time.

Reconcile Payments: Maintain payment records for financial accuracy.

Accounts Receivable: Assist with collections and ensure timely payment follow-ups.

Customer Account Support: Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.

Financial Reporting: Prepare reports to support decision-making processes.

Organise Records: Keep financial and payroll documentation accurate and up-to-date.

Payment Processing: Assist in making smooth and timely payments to vendors and stakeholders.

Payroll Assistance: Collaborate on weekly payroll tasks to ensure accuracy.

Vendor Liaison: Manage vendor relationships for seamless account handling.

General Administration: Support the wider finance team with day-to-day tasks.

**What You Bring**

Experience: At least 1 year working with accounting software (Xero preferred).
