**About DCV**
**DCV** provides a broad range of NDIS and TAC (Transport Accident Commission) person-centred services, delivered by our large team of experienced support workers. DCV’s services are provided in people’s own homes and in the community, to people living with disability or mental health conditions, or requiring support with their rehabilitation and therapy programs, across the entire Eastern half of Victoria.
**About the position**
The position of **Recruitment & Onboarding Assistant** is a **full-time**, fast-paced and rewarding position. If you are interested in taking a new / different step in your career where you are influencing positive outcomes for clients, this could be the perfect position for you
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, working 8:30am to 5pm at our office in Warragul/Sale.
**Requirements**:
- Self-driven, motivated, organised and working with purpose
- Strong communication skills, attention to data entry accuracy
- Completing allocated tasks within timeframes and deadlines
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment - recruitment industry experience preferred
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader team, with mínimal direction and supervision
- Own car and driver’s license
- Willing to meet and exceed the challenges of working in a KPI driven work environment
- Ability to hit the ground running and successfully manage multiple tasks, including conducting interviews and inductions upon commencement
- Ability to take on constructive feedback to continuously improve
- Willing to learn and grow as the recruitment and training team expands
- Highly developed time management skills
