About us:
We are a small, local team of Counsellors, Psychologists, and other Trauma-Informed Practitioners (including Support Workers, Behaviour Specialists and Support Coordinators), providing therapeutic supports and services to individuals and families through a range of modalities. Our services are accessible through various mediums, including our clinic space in Moe, telehealth, outreach (in-home), and outdoor therapy. We provide services tailored to meet the needs of each individual, family or group. By being flexible and working collaboratively with our clients and their supports, we aim to provide wrap-around support that promotes sustained change and improved quality of life. Danae Callaghan is our director and lead clinician, who keeps the show running smoothly in every aspect and services her own large client caseload.

About you:
Responsibilities include:

- Provide 1.1 support, personal | business
- Assist in managing personal and professional schedule
- Administrative support
- Lifestyle management - tasks connected with Danae's family's schedule, events and errands, appointments ect
- Assist in the management and maintenance of private residence
- Manage corporate travel - corporate engagements
- Attend meetings on directors' behalf when unable to attend

What you can expect:
This position is flexible, allowing you to choose your own hours to work around other commits and the time fraction is negotiable.

Casual hours: 5 to 10 hours per week

**Salary**: Dependent on expereince

Work Authorisation:

- NDIS Workers Screening
- Current licence and car for travel

**Experience**:

- Administration or PA (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
