**The Role**

In this newly created role, the Manager, Brand and Content Production is responsible for leading MinRes’ in-house multimedia team to manage the development and delivery of engaging content to tell the MinRes story to internal and external audiences.

As a key member of the Corporate Affairs leadership team, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to understand the opportunities and priorities of our business and deliver multimedia communications that align with the organisation’s strategic objectives. You will act as a custodian of the MinRes brand, ensuring the brand is consistently applied across all communications content and materials.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager Corporate Affairs, this position works collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders across the business, including the Executive Management team.
- Lead a team of five multimedia specialists, supporting them to help tell the MinRes story.
- Manage brand and content projects, including the development, execution and delivery of in-house video, photography and graphic design services.
- Ensure that brand and content projects take place on time, on budget and in alignment with the Corporate Affairs strategy and the organisation’s strategic objectives.
- Work in collaboration with colleagues across Corporate Affairs and the broader business to identify multimedia content opportunities
- Develop, oversee, and manage MinRes’ brand strategy, ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied across all communications content and materials.
- Ensure the maintenance of MinRes brand templates including: Brand Guidelines, MS Office suite templates and videos.
- Manage engagement with external agencies as required, to support brand and content initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the outcomes of brand and content initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive team culture as an active member of the Corporate Affairs Leadership team.
- Develop and oversee the budget process for the Brand and Content Production team, ensuring day-to-day adherence to the organisation’s guidelines and timelines

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Relevant territory qualifications in communication, marketing or related discipline
- 10 + years experience in a similar multimedia, marketing, production, communications or corporate affairs role.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of specialists.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to generate content for a variety of multimedia platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and bring projects to completion on time and on budget.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using MS Office suite, WordPress, SharePoint.
- Experience using workflow management tools is desired.
